World oil price today
World oil prices today decreased simultaneously after a slight increase in the previous session. At the end of yesterday's trading session (December 18), WTI and Brent oil prices increased by 0.4% and 0.2%, respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil products had turned to decrease.
At 11:33 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 55.90 USD/barrel, down 0.10 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.18%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 56 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 55.89 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 69.72 USD/barrel, down 0.10 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.17%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 69.82 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 69.78 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On December 19, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on December 18.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously. E5RON92 gasoline decreased by 376 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline decreased by 462 VND/liter; diesel decreased by 678 VND/liter; kerosene decreased by 704 VND/liter; mazut decreased by 233 VND/kg

According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may continue to decrease.
