World oil price today
World oil prices today turned down after a strong increase the previous session. At the end of yesterday's trading session (November 26), WTI oil and Brent oil increased by 1.21% and 1.04%, respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil products had turned to decrease. At 11:18 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 58.34 USD/barrel, down 0.31 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.53%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 58.65 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 58.54 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 62.20 USD/barrel, down 0.34 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.54%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 62.54 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 62.45 USD/barrel.
According to analysts, world oil prices increased slightly in the context of investors waiting for signals about supply and Russia-Ukraine negotiations.
The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said that US crude oil inventories last week increased by 2.8 million barrels to 426.9 million barrels, mainly due to strong increases in imports. This increase far exceeded the analysts' forecast of 55,000 barrels.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On November 27, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 20.
Accordingly, gasoline prices all turned down; kerosene prices alone increased. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 37 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 34 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 38 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 353 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 335 VND/kg.

+ Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong: Diesel 0.05S - II: 2,100 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,600 VND/liter.
+ Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,950 VND/liter.
+ Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: VND 2,150/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: VND 1,650/liter.
- Tu Luc Petroleum Joint Stock Company 1:
+ Hai Linh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,900 VND/liter;
+ Dinh Vu warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,850 VND/liter; Diesel 0.001S-V: 1,750 VND/liter;
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,750 VND/liter;
+ E5 gasoline: 1,750 VND/liter.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease sharply.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 530 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 510 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 1,030 VND/liter.
