World oil price today
World oil prices today turned down after yesterday's price increase. At the end of the first trading session of the week (November 24), WTI and Brent oil increased by 1.3%.
By this morning's session, both oil products had simultaneously turned down, at 10:43 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil prices were at 58.92 USD/barrel, down 0.25 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.42%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 58.92 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 58.88 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 62.51 USD/barrel, down 0.21 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.33%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 62.72 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 62.74 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices remained low. According to analysts, the market is betting on the possibility of the US Federal Reserve (Fed) cutting interest rates in December and there are doubts about the possibility of Russia reaching a peace agreement with Ukraine, a factor that could boost Moscow's oil exports.
However, analysts warn that the risk of a prolonged war could re-ignite geopolitical risks to oil prices.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On November 25, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 20.
Accordingly, gasoline prices all turned down; kerosene prices alone increased. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 37 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 34 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 38 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 353 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 335 VND/kg.

+ Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,700 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,550 VND/liter.
+ Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,850 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,800 VND/liter.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease sharply.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 630 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 600 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 990 VND/liter.
