World oil price today

World oil prices today fluctuated in different directions. At 10:22 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 57.96 USD/barrel, up 0.16 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.28%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 57.81 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 57.86 USD/barrel.

Brent oil was at 61.86 USD/barrel, down 0.08 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.13%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 61.94 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 61.74 USD/barrel.

Domestic gasoline prices today

On November 24, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:

The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 20.

Accordingly, gasoline prices all turned down; kerosene prices alone increased. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 37 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 34 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 38 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 353 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 335 VND/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period

According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease sharply.

In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 620 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 600 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 770 VND/liter.
