This is one of the packages of the North - South expressway project.
On the national bidding network, there are recommendations for the item requiring "synchronization", items 234, 235, 236 of the reference document: part 2, "technical requirements".

While network devices have hundreds of large manufacturers, section 236, "weight sensitive devices in lanes" and "balanced data collection and processing ministries" require a supplier/producer.
In the Vietnamese market, there is currently only one manufacturer that meets the requirements, Kists. Is this a limitation of Kisten's goods for the project?
In addition, there are 1-3 suppliers for the lane weighing sensors, but there are many manufacturers for the weighing processors, up to a few dozen in Europe/USA/Asia.
The new balancing processor is the center of the KTTTX system (ectification accounting, software features, maintenance and operation experience), and is responsible for the accuracy of F10 measurements.

In addition to opinions on contractor limitation factors, this package also received recommendations for key personnel positions. The opinion in the document is as follows:
