Hung Yen inspects the progress of some key transport projects

On April 3, Comrade Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of a number of key transport projects.

Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hung Nam inspected the progress of the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (DT.378) and the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region investment project, the section passing through the province (Ring Road 4 project).

The Ring Road 4 project through the districts of Van Giang, Khoai Chau, Yen My, Van Lam has a total length of 19.3km. The project has a total investment of more than 5,200 billion VND. Up to now, localities have reclaimed land and handed over to investors 202.9/225.9 hectares, reaching a rate of 90%; basically completed the relocation of graves out of the project implementation scope.

Localities have built 11 resettlement areas; 7 cemetery renovation and expansion areas. For component project 2.2: Construction of parallel roads (urban roads) in Hung Yen province, the construction unit is implementing 8 construction phases, with a total completed construction value of about 510.1 billion VND.

For the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan Road Project (DT.378 section), the contractor is currently arranging 11 construction teams with an implementation value of more than VND 11,000 billion.Localities have basically completed the site clearance for agricultural land, public land, and cemeteries; are implementing the site clearance for residential land.Up to now, localities have reclaimed land and handed over 170.14 hectares to investors, and have moved 1.114/1,126 graves...

Speaking at the inspection, Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hung Nam requested departments, branches and localities to focus on site clearance for the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project (exit DT.378) and the Ring Road 4 project.

In particular, focusing on propagating and mobilizing people to understand the purpose, meaning and benefits of the projects, creating high consensus in handing over the site, creating conditions for the construction unit; flexible in mobilizing capital to pay and support money for households with residential land within the GPMB scope.

Department of Agriculture and Environment Based on the mechanism of removing difficulties and difficulties in the project site clearance of the province, urgently building a separate mechanism for the land clearance project of Tan Phuc - Vong Phan street (Giao DT.378) and Ring Road 4 project, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration. Strengthen inspection, supervision and quality assurance. Strive to basically complete projects before September 30, 2025.
