From this reality, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province is reviewing and adjusting the development plan for durian growing areas in a concentrated, large-scale direction, facilitating the application of mechanization, high technology, meeting export standards; encouraging the formation of specialized raw material areas.
Manage and supervise growing area codes and packaging facilities in the area; organize periodic or ad hoc inspections and supervisions to ensure that facilities and units granted codes comply with Vietnamese law and meet the requirements of the import market.
The agricultural sector will also guide and support industry associations, enterprises, and cooperatives to form and develop sustainable linkage chains in the production - processing - consumption - export of durian; have incentive and incentive mechanisms to attract investment in deep processing, cold storage, and logistics, contributing to improving added value and competitiveness of products.
