The Hai Long Industrial Park (IP) infrastructure construction and business investment project has an area of nearly 300ha in Dong Tien Hai commune, Hung Yen province. The total investment capital of the project is more than 2,200 billion VND.

On September 8, in Dong Tien Hai commune, Hai Long Industrial Park organized the Hai Long - ESG Journey program and received the LEED Platinum certification for the industrial park operating building.

At the program, representatives of Hai Long Industrial Park infrastructure investors (Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company) - said that the enterprise is implementing an ESG strategy associated with the orientation of building green, low-carbon industrial parks, towards the Net Zero target by 2050.
According to the energy transition roadmap, by 2030, Hai Long IP sets a target of at least 30% of the total area's electricity consumption coming from renewable sources. The IP plans to develop a rooftop solar power system with a total capacity of 87-136MWp, and at the same time orients the development of wind power and solar power fields with a total capacity of about 55MW.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Vu Kim Cu - Head of the Management Board of Hung Yen Economic Zone and Industrial Parks - requested Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company to continue to steadfastly orient the development of Hai Long Industrial Park according to ESG standards; and at the same time accelerate the progress of implementing projects that have been committed to investment.
The Head of the Management Board of Hung Yen Economic Zone and Industrial Parks also requested Bao Minh and investors to urgently negotiate and concretize the memorandums of understanding into substantive and effective investment projects in Hai Long Industrial Park.

Also at the program, the Head of the Management Board of Hung Yen Economic Zone and Industrial Parks awarded the Investment Registration Certificate to RuiYang Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd.; delegates witnessed the signing ceremony of green energy development cooperation between Hai Long Industrial Park and TotalEnergies and Hawee Energy; signing of cooperation between Hai Long Industrial Park and Tham Viet Investment Joint Venture Co., Ltd.
In addition, Hai Long Industrial Park signed a memorandum of understanding on investment cooperation with 6 Chinese enterprises operating in fields related to the production of automobile components and spare parts. These are supply enterprises belonging to the supply chain of Phuong Dinh Group, operating in the fields of molds, electromechanical equipment, environmental protection technology, packaging and metal materials.
