On June 25, at the People's Committee of An Thi commune, Hung Yen province, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of the province coordinated with the People's Committee of An Thi commune to organize a conference to announce the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for Tan Phuc - Quang Vinh - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Industrial Parks Authority announced and provided detailed information about the scope, scale and development orientation of the industrial park.
Accordingly, Tan Phuc - Quang Vinh - Hoang Hoa Tham Industrial Park with a scale of nearly 200 hectares, located in An Thi commune, is identified as one of the key industrial parks in the local industrial development orientation.
The industrial park has a convenient location for transportation and regional connectivity, in which the Northwest borders National Highway 38 and Quang Vinh bypass; the Southwest borders provincial road 376 and residential area planning land; the Northeast borders residential area and Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road; the Southeast borders planned road.
According to the orientation, the industrial park is planned to develop according to a high-tech model, prioritizing attracting investment projects applying advanced and modern technology. At the same time, the industrial park also selectively receives projects in other industrial fields according to the allowed ratio, ensuring compliance with regulations.
The public announcement of planning contributes to improving transparency in land management and construction planning; and at the same time helps people and businesses access full information, creating consensus in the project implementation process in the area.
