The investment project to build a road from Thai Binh ward to Hung Ha commune, connecting with Pho Hien ward (abbreviated as the road connecting Thai Binh - Pho Hien) has a total length of about 24.8km; the starting point is at the intersection between the road to Song Tra TBS Industrial Park and National Highway 10 (belonging to Thai Binh ward, Hung Yen province), the ending point is at the beginning of the Luoc River overpass (belonging to Ngu Thien commune, Hung Yen province).
The route passes through localities: Thai Binh ward, Nam Tien Hung, Tien Hung, Hong Minh, Hung Ha, Tien La and Ngu Thien communes. Total investment of more than 4,900 billion VND.



According to the design, the road meets the standard of a level III delta road, with many synchronous and modern items. The section from Km0+00 to Km0+600 (through Song Tra TBS industrial park) is built according to urban road standards, cross-section 63m; the section from Km5+00 to Km6+00 (bridge area and Tra Ly bridge access road) has a cross-section of 34m. The remaining sections are designed according to a parallel road model on both sides, each side 12m wide, the central part 29m wide for the main route; total clearance area is about 60m.
The entire route has 8 bridges and 9 intersections at the same level, designed to be consistent with the overall regional transport system plan, ensuring safety, smooth traffic and continuous connection with existing infrastructure.
According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, in Hung Ha commune - where the road passes through, workers and many machines are urgently constructing the foundation sand. In many areas, the shape of the road has become clear.



As for the Tra Ly river overpass area, in the approach bridge section in Thai Binh ward, the bored pile items from abutment M1 to pier T6 have been completed; abutments and piers from M1 to T6 have also been completed. Currently, units are carrying out bridge girder guarding and concrete pouring of the bridge deck.
In the South of Tien Hung, the drilled piles for the approach bridge section have been completed. For the main bridge section, all drilled piles at piers T7 and T8 have been completed. Units have also completed the steel board pile enclosure and reinforced frame system...


Mr. Luc Van Hong - Commander of the Tra Ly River overpass construction site - said that so far the bridge has completed about 50% of the volume. In the coming time, units will continue to focus manpower and machinery, accelerate the construction of main bridge and approach bridge items, striving to complete the project according to the set schedule.
