At a gold shop on Tran Nhan Tong Street (Hanoi), Ms. Nguyen Lan Nhi (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) said: "Many times I came here to queue, but could not buy gold rings because the shop did not sell them. Today I came early, the staff announced that they would sell 2 taels of gold to each person. Currently, in front, there are also many people lining up. Mr. Bui Tuan Hoang (Dong Da district, Hanoi) - a customer who came to buy gold rings at a gold shop on Tran Nhan Tong street, Hanoi - shared: "For many days now, the shops have frequently announced that they are temporarily out of SJC gold bars and plain round gold rings or are selling in very small quantities.
At the end of the year, I took the opportunity to come here to buy gold rings as savings, but it was very difficult. It took me several days to come here continuously, and today I was able to buy 2 trees."

The Vietnamese stock market continued to maintain its recovery momentum in the last trading week of the year, despite low liquidity due to the approaching holiday mood.
The main indices increased on the last trading day of the Year of the Dragon. At the end of the session on January 24, VN-Index increased by 0.43% compared to the previous session, reaching 1,265.05 points; HNX-Index increased by 0.16%, reaching 223.01 points. For the whole week, VN-Index increased by a total of 15.94 points (+1.28%), HNX-Index increased slightly by 0.53 points (+0.24%).
However, not the entire market benefits as cash flows are still quite differentiated. In the context of the picture of Q4/2024 business results of enterprises gradually being completed, this is expected to be the main factor influencing the market's psychology and investment strategy in the first trading weeks of the new year.

500,000 VND/bunch of green bananas, traders still have no goods to sell
