Hai Phong handles 15 backlog projects, develops plans for more than 100 projects
Hai Phong City has implemented Plan 51/KH-UBND to review and handle backlog projects and by the end of April 2026, 15/151 projects have been resolved. In which, most are under the authority of the City People's Committee, and the city has developed handling plans for 109 other projects and is continuing to resolve the remaining 27 projects.
The projects have been removed from obstacles spanning many fields such as hotels, factories, urban areas, schools, healthcare, transport infrastructure and resettlement. This handling contributes to putting many projects into operation, improving land use efficiency and investment resources.
City leaders request departments and branches to continue to comprehensively review and accelerate the progress of definitively handling backlog projects.
