Phe La, Hue Royal Beef Noodles fined for food safety violations
Many food businesses in Hanoi such as Phe La, Bun bo Hue Ngu Uyen, Spicy Noodles Bosan Vietnam... have just been fined for food safety violations. Common violations include processing staff not wearing masks, not wearing hats, not using gloves when directly contacting cooked food or not ensuring conditions for processing and preserving food.
In which, Phe La Joint Stock Company - Hanoi Branch and Bosan Vietnam Spicy Noodles Joint Stock Company were both fined 8 million VND; Hue Ngu Uyen Beef Noodle was fined 4 million VND. Some other establishments were heavierly fined for doing business in food services without a certificate of eligibility for food safety or not registering household business, such as Xuan Truong Sakura Choice Rice restaurant being fined 32.5 million VND and Song Van Café being fined 25 million VND.
In Yen Nghia ward and Co Do commune, functional forces also fine establishments violating food storage conditions, leaving food directly under the warehouse floor, allowing animals to enter the processing and trading area of food of unknown origin. Detecting more than 14,500 bottles of expired skin toner to be put into consumption

Customs forces at Cat Lai port (HCMC) discovered and prevented more than 14,500 bottles of DR WONJIN skin toner imported from Hong Kong that had expired for nearly a year, preparing to be put on the market for consumption. The shipment imported by H.G Import-Export Trading Service Co., Ltd., although declared as 100% new goods, in fact all products had expired from August 16, 2025.
In addition to the expired cosmetics case, customs authorities also discovered many other violating shipments, including more than 15,700 locked door products without customs declaration, of which 1,440 counterfeit SOLEX brand products have been identified by the National Institute of Intellectual Property as counterfeit goods. In addition, functional forces also discovered more than 3,000 counterfeit products of famous brands such as MIKASA, SPIDER-MAN, AVENGERS and LEGO NINJAGO in the transit shipment to Cambodia.
The cases were discovered during the peak period of strengthening control against smuggling, trade fraud and intellectual property rights infringement as directed by the Prime Minister.
