    The 2025 Lunar New Year holiday schedule of shipping units is different. Shipper working on Tet holiday will receive an attractive salary from 400% to 490%.

    According to Notice 6150/TB-BLDTBXH in 2024, enterprises can choose the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday options suitable to actual conditions. Therefore, the holiday schedules of transportation units are not the same.

    Overtime pay for shippers on Tet holiday

    According to Article 98 of the 2019 Labor Code, shippers working on Tet holidays are entitled to the following salary:

    Personal leave with pay

    According to Clause 1, Article 115 of the 2019 Labor Code, employees are entitled to personal leave with full pay in the following cases:

    Marriage: 3 days off.

    Marriage of biological or adopted child: 1 day off.

    Death of biological parents, adoptive parents, parents-in-law; spouse; biological/adopted child: 3 days off.

    Note: Employees must notify their employers when taking personal leave.
