According to Decision 2045/QD-BGDDT in 2024 on the 2024-2025 school year time plan framework for preschool education, general education and continuing education issued by the Minister of Education and Training, holidays and Tet are implemented according to the provisions of the Labor Code and annual guidance documents.
According to the above regulations, on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, students will have a holiday depending on the regulations in each locality. Below is detailed information about the Lunar New Year 2025 holiday schedule for students in some provinces and cities:
53. Ha Nam:
The Lunar New Year holiday for students in the whole province in 2025 starts from January 25, 2025 (December 26, Giap Thin year) to February 2, 2025 (January 5, At Ty year).
Thus, students in Ha Nam province will have 9 consecutive days off for the 2025 Lunar New Year.
54. Quang Binh:
Students have 9 days off for Lunar New Year, from January 25 to February 2 (December 26 of the year of Giap Thin to January 5 of the year of At Ty).
Up to now, Kon Tum is the locality that gives students the longest Tet holiday with 17 days.
