After more than 15 hours of making landfall in Vietnam, hitting the provinces of Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, and Hanoi, storm Yagi weakened into a tropical depression in the Northwest region, but continued to cause heavy rain and rising floods.
After Typhoon Yagi swept through the northern provinces, on the morning of September 8, many more MobiFone technical staff immediately dispersed to hot spots to promptly respond to information and serve customers to overcome the consequences of the storm.
From the afternoon of September 6 until the entire time affected by the storm, the MobiFone Northern Network Center has concentrated maximum rescue forces, mobilizing from all other areas to the key area.
Not only the technical team, the customer service staff also maintain their positions, working 24 hours to complete their customer service tasks.
