The type of land recovered is landfill land, waste treatment land, assigned by Son La Provincial People's Committee to Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company since 1999.
Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company is not compensated for land and assets attached to land according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 101 of the 2024 Land Law and the request of the unit.
Son La Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to hand over the above land to the People's Committee of Chieng Ngan commune, Son La city for management.
