Hanoi - Chuong My Ward has thousands of individuals and business households that are no longer operating but have not completed procedures to close tax identification numbers.

Chuong My Ward People's Committee, Hanoi City, said that it is implementing a cleanup and standardization of business household registration data and cooperatives in the area to synchronize data with the national information system on business household registration and the tax industry's database.

Through review, there are currently many business households in the ward that belong to groups that need to be supplemented, updated or complete procedures according to regulations.

Among them, 43 business households have terminated the validity of tax codes but have not completed procedures to terminate business household operations.

These business households need to contact Chuong My digital service point to complete the procedures for terminating business household operations, completing before July 31, 2026.

There are 1,999 business households operating, but have not notified the bank account number to the tax authority. Business households need to urgently implement the notification of the account number according to regulations, no later than July 31, 2026.

There are 2,696 business households and individual businesses that are no longer operating but have not completed procedures to close tax identification numbers or terminate business registration.

For households that have stopped doing business, it is necessary to contact the tax authority to terminate the validity of the tax identification number, and then carry out procedures to terminate the business operation of households at Chuong My digital service point.

In case business is still operating, business households must carry out procedures to restore the tax identification number and update registration information according to regulations.

There are 1,051 business households and individual businesses that have been granted tax codes but have not registered business households. Business households need to come to Chuong My digital service point to carry out procedures for issuing business household registration certificates according to regulations.

There are 682 business households that have been granted business household registration certificates but have not updated their citizen identification cards and information about phone numbers, business addresses, capital, and business lines. Business households need to supplement and fully update information on the business registration system and tax system to ensure accurate and consistent data.

The Ward People's Committee requests business households to proactively check their information, coordinate with the residential group leadership and functional agencies to complete the missing procedures, fully update business registration information, tax registration, bank account number and related information.

Completing on time not only ensures the rights of business households in the process of operation but also contributes to building a synchronous and accurate national database, effectively serving state management and administrative procedure reform.
