The "Best Place to Work in Asia" award is an international and annual award of credibility organized by HR Asia Magazine, aiming to evaluate and honor businesses with outstanding human resources policies, attractive remuneration packages, and the best working environment in the region.
The evaluation and selection process is carried out based on the TEAM model, which is a direct and effective evaluation tool for all human resource scales, focusing on three factors: Core; Self; and Group.
In addition, HR Asia also conducts in-depth interviews to evaluate the human resources policies, welfare programs, and corporate culture of each unit more accurately.
After overcoming the strict criteria of the organizing committee, this year, NCB continues to be honored as the best place to work in Asia with an outstanding score of 4.6/5 points. Among them, the three factors of Core – Self – Group of the bank achieved scores of 4.43 - 4.67 - 4.71, far exceeding the average score of participating companies.
Notably, with the question "Are you willing to introduce NCB as an ideal workplace to your relatives and friends?", 94.4% of employees participating in the vote agree, while the average score of participating companies is 78.4%.
This is a signal indicating the positive changes of NCB in building an attractive working environment, creating touchpoints and good impressions in the employee experience journey.
This is the second consecutive year that the HRAA Award has honored NCB as the "Best Place to Work in Asia". Previously, in 2018, 2020, and 2021, NCB also received the "Best Working Environment in Vietnam" award from Global Banking & Finance Review (GBAF) Magazine.
The international award of credibility this year has once again recognized NCB's efforts in comprehensive transformation, standardizing management models, developing competitive human resources policies, and focusing on developing high-quality human resources to serve customers to increasingly high standards.
