The State Securities Commission (SSC) issued Decision No. 184/QD-XPHC to fine Eurowindow Nha Trang Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company (address: 146 Le Hong Phong, Phuoc Hai Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa) VND 85 million according to Point a, Clause 4, Article 42 of Decree 156/2020/ND-CP.
The reason is that the company did not send the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) reports that must be published according to regulations, including: Report on performance of commitments with bondholders in 2022; periodic report on the use of the proceeds from issuing outstanding bonds, audited in 2022 (as of March 31, 2023). At the same time, the company sent HNX semi-annual financial reports for 2022; report on the use of capital to issue semi-annual bonds for 2022; report on payment of interest and principal of semi-annual bonds for 2022.
According to data on HNX, in March and July 2022, Eurowindow Nha Trang issued 2 bond lots with codes ENTCH2227001 and ENTCH2228002, worth VND200 billion and VND386 billion respectively, with terms of 60 months (term of March 2027) and 72 months (term of July 2028). By August 2023, the company had bought back all VND 586 billion of these bonds in advance and has not issued any new bonds since then.
