Up to now, the construction progress of Nhon Trach 3 and 4 power plant projects has reached over 90%.
The Power Project Management Board along with the general contractor coordinated with EVN units to successfully receive reverse power from the 220kV distribution yard (according to the temporary plan) for the Nhon Trach 3 and Nhon Trach 4 Power Plant Projects in May 15.
Currently, Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company has also agreed to allow the Electricity Project Management Board to construct the cooling water discharge channel for Nhon Trach 3 and 4 Power Plants cutting off Road No. 4 of Ong Keo Industrial Park.
PV Power has started construction since May 11, expected to complete in 3 months. At the same time, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province has assigned the Management Board of Industrial Parks and the People's Committee of Nhon Trach district to monitor the project implementation, absolutely not to hinder the construction process in any case and Strictly handle acts that obstruct construction that affect project progress.
In addition, according to the Power Project Management Board, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has issued a document requesting Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company and PV Power to jointly negotiate and agree on a plan to completely handle infrastructure usage fees. in the Industrial Park, not to prolong or affect the project implementation progress and ensure harmony of interests between parties.
The Nhon Trach 3 and Nhon Trach 4 Power Plant projects located in Dong Nai province are important national projects.
The project has a capacity of 1,500 MW and a total investment of 1.4 billion USD. When put into operation, the project will add 9 billion kWh of electricity/year. This is the first thermal power project using LNG fuel in Vietnam.
