Phu Gia Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company has started two real estate projects including: Royal Park Quy Nhon Urban Area (address 354 Tay Son Street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward) with a scale of over 6.3 hectares, total investment capital of over VND 1,920 billion;
The Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Sea Tourism Area Project No. 2 has a scale of 40 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 2,999 billion.

In Pleiku ward, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province has just issued a Decision approving the investment policy of the CK54 Urban Area Project. The project has a scale of nearly 202 hectares, with a total estimated investment of over VND 17,200 billion.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the total number of tourists to Binh Dinh reached 6.5 million, an increase of 14.3% over the same period in 2024. Total revenue from tourists reached VND16,850 billion, up 14.5%. In Gia Lai (old) in the same period, there were 890,000 visitors, an increase of 16%, with revenue reaching VND493 billion, an increase of 11% over the previous year.
