Ha Tinh - Many business directors in Ha Tinh were notified of temporary exit suspension due to company tax debts.

On March 6, the Ha Tinh Tax Electronic Information Portal is posting a notice of temporary exit suspension for many business directors due to tax debt companies being subject to coercive measures.

Accordingly, temporary exit suspension for the following gentlemen and women: Mr. Duong Van Tinh (born 1970, residing in Dong Tien commune, Ha Tinh province) is the legal representative of Quy Tinh private enterprise.

Mr. Vu Quy Khuong (born 1980, residing in Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province) is the legal representative of KHB Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Tu Duong Phuong (born 1980, residing in Thach Khe commune, Ha Tinh province) is the legal representative of Thao Nguyen One Member Limited Liability Company.

Ms. Hong Thi Ha An (born 1989, residing in Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province), is the legal representative of Thanh Sen Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Thong (born 1971, residing in Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province), is the legal representative of Nguyen Trung Thong Construction Co., Ltd.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh (born 1979, residing in Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province) is the legal representative of Khoi Nguyen General Service and Trading Co., Ltd.

The temporary exit suspension period for the above-mentioned officials and employees is from March 2, 2026 until they complete their tax payment obligations to the state.

Currently, the Ha Tinh Tax Electronic Information Portal is also posting notices of some basic tax authorities about businesses and individuals owing taxes.

Accordingly, Notice No. 666 dated February 27, 2026 of Base 6 Tax, as of January 31, 2026, there are 146 businesses and individuals owing taxes, late payment fees and fines with a total amount of more than 115.6 billion VND.

In which, some large debtor enterprises include: Ha Tinh Construction Material Production and Trading Joint Stock Company owes more than 33.8 billion VND; Lac An Joint Stock Company owes more than 28.6 billion VND; Viet Gia Mineral Joint Stock Company owes more than 23.2 billion VND; Sanviha Co., Ltd. owes more than 6.7 billion VND and many other enterprises owe hundreds of millions of VND.

On February 25, 2026, Base Tax No. 5 issued Notice No. 316 on 140 organizations and individuals owing taxes, fines, and late payment interest as of January 31, 2026, which is more than 11.9 billion VND. Among them, the largest debtor is Cuong Thinh Livestock Cooperative with more than 2.5 billion VND.
