On August 11, the Bac Ninh Province Social Policy Bank (BSB) Branch held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Director of the Bac Ninh Province Social Policy Bank Branch.
The conference was attended by Mr. Doan Trung Thanh - Deputy General Director of the Bank for Social Policies of Vietnam; Ms. Tran Thi Van - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province; Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Head of the Representative Board of the Provincial Board of Directors of the Bank for Social Policies of Vietnam.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch announced the Decision of the General Director of the Bank for Social Policies of Vietnam on the temporary appointment of Mr. Do Van Hien to the position of Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch. Before being appointed as Director, Mr. Do Van Hien was the Acting Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch. The decision takes effect from August 8, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy General Director of the Bank for Social Policies of Vietnam Doan Trung Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the staff of the Bac Ninh Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch in the past time.
At the same time, I hope that Mr. Do Van Hien and the collective of the Bac Ninh Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch will promote the achievements they have achieved, constantly cultivate and practice moral qualities and lifestyle; improve political courage, learn modestly, be receptive to colleagues, constantly improve their professional qualifications to successfully complete assigned tasks; together with the collective of the Branch, strengthen solidarity, overcome all difficulties to successfully complete assigned tasks and plan targets.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Do Van Hien affirmed that he will always be proactive, closely following the direction of the Bank of Vietnam, the provincial leaders and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Policy Bank in close coordination with professional departments at the headquarters, departments, branches, sectors, Party committees, local authorities, and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province.
At the same time, internal solidarity is good, efforts are made, continue research, study, and improve qualifications in all aspects to meet the increasingly high requirements of the new situation.
