On June 12, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, Nam Thuy Anh Commune Police in coordination with Market Management Team No. 7 discovered and handled a business establishment infringing intellectual property rights in the area.
Previously, on June 10, 2026, functional forces inspected a ready-to-wear clothing business store of a business household in Nam Thuy Anh commune. Through inspection, it was discovered that business household Nguyen Thi Thuong (Vo Hoi Dong village, Nam Thuy Anh commune) had acts of trading in counterfeit trademarks.
At the facility, functional forces discovered many garment products bearing the "Adidas" brand with signs of infringing industrial property rights to the trademark being protected in Vietnam.

Exhibits include 8 short-sleeved t-shirts, 2 sun protection jackets and 14 shorts with the "Adidas" brand, all new and unused goods. The total value of the violating goods was determined to be 4,052,000 VND. The entire number of goods has been recorded and handled according to the provisions of law.
Based on point a, clause 1, Article 12 of Decree No. 99/2013/ND-CP of the Government on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of industrial property (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 126/2021/ND-CP and Decree No. 46/2024/ND-CP), functional agencies issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against business household Nguyen Thi Thuong with a fine of 6 million VND.
