Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced information on the location of land plots according to the project proposal dossier for social housing in the city.
The projects are distributed in many wards and communes, contributing to expanding the housing fund to serve the needs of people and realize the goal of developing social housing in the coming period.
In which, Phu Dong commune has an investment project to build a social housing area - Hoa Binh Lake (55,925m2); Duong Noi ward has an investment project to build a social housing area Duong Noi (37,323m2); Tay Tuu and Dong Ngac wards have an investment project to build a social housing area Bac Tu Liem (79,639m2); Phuong Liet ward has a Phuong Liet Social Housing project (3,247m2).
Thach That commune has the H10 social housing project - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park (12,314m2); Xuan Mai commune has the Xuan Mai social housing construction investment project (50,099m2); O Dien commune has the social housing construction project belonging to the land fund in the planning of the infrastructure construction project to create land fund for auctioning land use rights of block B-3 sub-zone S1 (4,804m2); Dan Phuong commune has the Bac Song Phuong residential area construction investment project (195,004m2).
Along with that, Dai Mo ward has an investment project to build Dai Mo social housing area (25,010m2); Tay Tuu ward has an investment project to build Ngoa Long social housing area (13,928m2).
In Hoai Duc commune, there is an investment project to build Hoai Duc social housing and commercial service area (33,097m2); Thuong Tin commune has an investment project to build Thuong Phuc 2 social housing area (14,100m2); Xuan Phuong ward has an investment project to build Mieu Nha social housing area (22,300m2).
Previously, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced 146 social housing projects expected to be invested in, of which 8 projects were proposed to be implemented according to Resolution 201 of the National Assembly on piloting specific mechanisms for social housing development.
According to a report by the Hanoi Department of Construction, as of now, the city has 90 social housing construction investment projects with about 80,800 units, of which 13 projects have started construction with about 11,124 units; 41 projects with about 27,426 units expected to start construction in 2026; 29 projects expected to start construction in 2027; 7 projects are carrying out investment procedures.
