Those are the projects: Cua Luc 2 bridge; expressway connecting from Hai Phong - Ha Long expressway to Ring Road 5 - Hanoi Capital region and investment policy for Quang Ninh City General Hospital Project.
The Cua Luc 2 Bridge project is of great significance, connecting urban areas with neighboring areas to open up new development potential.
Currently, 2 bridges across Cua Luc Bay have been put into use, including Binh Minh and Tinh Yeu bridges. Regarding the Cua Luc 2 Bridge Project, Quang Ninh City People's Committee proposed that relevant units coordinate to review the guiding documents of the Central Government and Quang Ninh on the project; review and evaluate legal regulations in the Law and implementation conditions; prepare contents to report to Quang Ninh City People's Committee in early September to submit to the City People's Council for consideration; establish a working group to assist the City People's Committee.
Meanwhile, the expressway connecting from the Hai Phong - Ha Long expressway to Ring Road 5 - Hanoi Capital region (about 55 km long) is of great significance in connecting the capital with the coastal area, connecting regions, opening up development space, increasing development potential, attracting investment, and forming growth drivers for a larger development space of Quang Ninh city.
Quang Ninh City People's Committee requests relevant units to work with the Ministry of Construction and Hai Phong City on the administrative boundaries for project implementation; review the entire route in the province to promptly advise and direct projects under construction, avoiding waste; handle existing assets, ensure the direction of expressway development; develop a site clearance plan when building restored roads; ensure the source of project construction materials.
The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with units to advise and report to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh City as early as September, ensuring early submission to the City People's Council on the policy of deploying the expressway connecting from the Hai Phong - Ha Long expressway to Ring Road 5 - Hanoi Capital region, with the starting point being the Ha Long Xanh intersection in Tuan Chau ward and the ending point connecting to Ring Road 5 - Hanoi Capital region in Hai Phong City, along with branch routes connecting to the Hai Phong - Gia Binh expressway.
Regarding the investment policy of the Quang Ninh City General Hospital Project, which is of great significance in improving the quality of people's lives, the Quang Ninh City People's Committee assigned relevant units to develop a preliminary plan for site clearance, creating a clean ground to meet the actual requirements of project implementation, linking the construction plan with the current situation, building housing plans for experts and serving patients' families, creating convenient traffic routes for people and students.
The Quang Ninh City General Hospital project is planned to be built in Hoanh Bo ward, located north of Cua Luc Bay.
