Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has just signed Decisions approving the results of the election and dismissal of the position of Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.
In Decision No. 1669/QD-TTg dated August 27, 2026, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026-2031 for Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh - Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Home Affairs.
In Decision 1668/QD-TTg dated August 27, 2026, the Prime Minister approved the results of dismissal from the position of Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026-2031 for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh.
Previously, on August 25, at the 7th Session, the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council elected Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term 2026-2031 with a vote rate of 100% of the convened delegates present at the session.
Based on the Law on Organization of Local Government, at the 7th Session, the 15th Provincial People's Council, delegates of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council unanimously dismissed the title of Vice Chairman of the 15th Provincial People's Committee, term 2026-2031, for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh - former Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, due to being transferred, assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
