According to information on the comments Portal, voters have reported that some national grid towing projects in the communes such as Noc Tu Pat (old village 3, Tra Don commune), Lam Binh Phuong village (old Tra Son commune), Dong Phuoc village (Phu Thuan commune) have been under construction since 2020 but have not been completed for use.
Voters recommended that Da Nang City direct relevant departments and branches to continue to pay attention to investment, acceptance soon, and put the works into use to serve the daily needs of the people.
Responding to this content, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City said that the Department has issued Official Letter No. 486/SCT-QLNL dated August 4, 2025, requesting the People's Committees of Phu Thuan, Tra My, Nam Tra My communes; the Quang Nam Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board (QLDA) and Da Nang Power Company to coordinate in inspecting and responding to voters' opinions.
After reviewing and synthesizing, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City responded as follows:
Regarding the proposal for the National Grid Tractor Project at Tu Pat roof (old Tra Don Commune People's Committee), Nam Tra My Commune People's Committee reported that this project is called the Tac To Village Low Voltage Power Plant (hot spring area), located in Tac To roof, village 3, Tra Don Commune (old) invested by the People's Committee of Tra Don Commune (old) and has been completed.
The expected power outage time is before August 30, 2025.

Regarding the proposal for the National Grid Tractor Project in Lam Binh Phuong village (old Tra Son commune): Quang Nam Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor), Tra My Commune People's Committee and Da Nang Power Company reported that this project has been completed, accepted on December 8, 2023, but cannot be connected to the grid and put into use due to trees remaining in the corridor of the medium-voltage line, mostly are are are areca trees with high economic value, so households have not agreed to cut down trees to clear the corridor and request compensation.
Currently, the Project Management Board is coordinating with the People's Committees of Tra My Commune and Electricity to actively mobilize people to clear the route, ensuring conditions for power outages and putting it into operation.
Regarding the proposal for the National Grid Tractor Project in Dong Phuoc village (Phu Thuan commune), the People's Committee of Phu Thuan commune reported in the commune that voters proposed investing in a low-voltage line in Nam Phuoc village (DH10 route is over 300m long).
Through inspection and work with Da Nang Power Company, this low-voltage line in Nam Phuoc village has been included in the investment plan for 2026 of the electricity industry.
