However, that growth result is still not satisfactory, creating pressure for the remaining half of the year.
According to a report from Ha Tinh province, in the 7.6% growth, the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector increased by 2.64%; industry - construction increased by 10.7%; services increased by 6.75%.
The industrial production index in the first 6 months of the year decreased by 3.20% compared to the same period in 2023.
Total budget revenue in the area reached 9,490 billion VND, reaching 54.2% of the estimate. Of which, domestic revenue reached 4,848 billion VND, reaching 60% of the estimate; Import-export revenue reached 4,642 billion VND, reaching 49% of the estimate.
Total implemented investment capital for the whole society reached 25,051 billion VND, equal to 52% of the plan, an increase of 16% over the same period. Of which: The state economic sector reached 7,587 billion VND, equal to 49% of the plan; The non-state economic sector reached 7,767 billion VND, equal to 42% of the plan; The foreign investment sector reached 9,698 billion VND, equal to 54% of the plan.
Public investment disbursement reached 2,060 billion VND, equal to 39.2% of the plan. Of which: Centrally managed capital reached 283 billion VND, equal to 34% of the plan, locally managed capital reached 1,779 billion VND, equal to 40% of the plan.
Approved the policy of 16 domestic investment projects with a total capital of 1,745 billion VND (same period approved 10 projects with a total capital of 1,254 billion VND).
According to Ha Tinh province, Industry growth is mainly thanks to the return of Vung Ang I Thermal Power Plant, while other key products have not recovered clearly, in which the main growth driver Formosa decreased, products New battery pack does not work as expected.

Subjectively, the leadership, direction, administration and implementation of assigned tasks by some party committees, authorities and localities are not drastic.
The heads of some units and localities have not paid attention to implementing the province's guidelines and policies; There has been no focus on administrative reform, improving the business investment environment, attracting investment, removing difficulties for people and businesses, implementing provincial planning, and arranging administrative units.
