Other branches in Binh Duong, Can Tho, Da Nang are also promoted as "main branches" with a similar model.
Mailisa's operating model is widely advertised such as: cosmetic tattoo spraying (brow, lips, eyelids), skin treatment (brow, melasma, scars), hair dressing, cosmetic sales and investment in high-tech machinery. The brand also organizes opening ceremonies, customer appreciation programs, and uses the image of celebrities to increase recognition.
Despite owning a large brand and a system of many branches, Mailisa has also been administratively sanctioned in some localities. In Ho Chi Minh City, on January 10, 2023, Huynh Van Banh branch was fined VND 160 million by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health and suspended from activities in the field of skin care for 18 months for "providing medical examination and treatment services without a license" and "advertising medical examination and treatment services without a license".

In both cases, the authorities requested Mailisa to remove the violating advertisement and stop providing services beyond the permitted scope.
This morning (November 13), according to Lao Dong, the police appeared and worked inside the Mailisa beauty salon building in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Dak Lak. Recorded at 86-88-92 Huynh Van Banh, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Phu Nhuan District), some customers said that when they came to get skin care as scheduled, they were temporarily invited by the police to wait outside.
