After the theory exam held on May 18, Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company - Coc Sau - TKV selected 43 qualified candidates to participate in the practical exam. This is an important part of the exam to honor workers with good technical skills, high industrial style, ability to proficiently apply new technologies, modern equipment, and creative spirit in the "Regarding theory, practicing skills, skilled workers" emulation movement of the Company.
43 candidates took practical exams for the following occupations: Operation of bridge rotating electric drill; Operation of hydraulic drill; Operation of hydraulic excavator PC (850, 1250, 2000); Driver: HD 465-7, HD785-7, CAT 777E, the candidates took the exam at 15 cars, 6 drills, 8 excavators and compulsory exam locations belonging to the Company's production site. Many practical exams showed high skill levels, proficient operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, thereby affirming the quality of human resources and the spirit of continuous learning and training of the Company's technical workers.
Through theoretical review and skill training activities, the Skilled Worker Contest is also an opportunity to train and build a team of skilled technical workers with good moral qualities, industrial style, self-reliance and safety awareness, mastering modern equipment and technology, towards setting new labor productivity records to serve the sustainable development of the Company and Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV).
With careful preparation, scientific organization and active participation of units and contestants, the vehicles and machines participating in the competition all exceeded 120% of the productivity and norms prescribed by TKV Group, the 2026 Skilled Worker Contest was a great success.
After the practical competition, the Company will select the 30 most outstanding contestants to participate in the 13th TKV Group Skilled Worker Contest in 2026.
