The company's trade union continues to innovate operating methods, apply science and technology, digital transformation in management and organization of activities, contributing to building a team of highly qualified miners, meeting modern and environmentally friendly production requirements.
The Congress voted to pass a new term resolution, focusing on coordinating with professionals to take care of the lives, improve qualifications and skills for workers; build a team of workers to master new equipment and technology, contributing to the effective operation of Nui Beo underground mine in a modern, environmentally friendly direction.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, including 15 comrades and elected delegations to attend the TKV Trade Union Congress and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities.
