Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Pham Hong Hanh - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV); representative of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Dang Thanh Binh - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Company.
The Trade Union of Deo Nai - Coconut Sau Coal Joint Stock Company was merged from June 26, 2024 on the basis of merging the Trade Union of Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company and the Trade Union of Coc Sau Coal Joint Stock Company.
After the merger, the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union has drafted a resolution to continue directing the labor movement and trade union activities according to the orientation of the TKV Trade Union and the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group, with the goal of "Safe - Solidarity - Development - Efficiency".
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Company's Trade Union has accompanied the professionals in performing tasks, maintaining stable production, effectively implementing emulation movements; ensuring jobs, income and taking care of workers' lives.
The main targets for the 2023-2025 period were all achieved and exceeded; the workers' ideology was stable and internally united.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development" and the action slogan "Innovation of organization, practical care, connecting union members", the Congress agreed on the goal of the 2025-2030 term: continuing to innovate the organizational model in the direction of streamlining; promoting digital transformation; caring for the rights and improving income of workers; promoting emulation movements associated with increasing productivity, improving the quality of human resources, applying science and technology and promoting restructuring.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the first term, 2025-2030, consisting of 15 comrades. At the first meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dang Hung continued to be elected as Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
At the Congress, 3 individuals were awarded the "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization" Medal by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
