On April 4, news from the Office of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that the locality will implement procedures to sign the results of resolving administrative procedures (TTHC) in the field of business registration in the area.
Accordingly, from April 1, 2026, the Department of Justice will carry out digital signatures for all results of resolving business registration dossiers.
The signing of paper copies is only carried out in cases where a technical incident occurs and the number cannot be signed or when the organization or citizen requests to be provided with the paper copy.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Justice to direct provincial-level business registration agencies to strengthen guidance and support businesses to submit dossiers and receive results online; ensuring the receipt and processing of dossiers in accordance with regulations, smoothly and effectively.
The implementation must meet the roadmap in Resolution 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025 of the Government on cutting and simplifying administrative procedures related to production and business activities in the period 2025-2026.
In addition, the Department of Justice is assigned to take the lead in reviewing and advising the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the 2024 Law on Notarization and related regulations.
In which, it is necessary to advise on the content of notarization and authentication for digital signatures of business registration dossier resolution results, ensuring uniformity and timeliness throughout the province.
At the same time, this agency must promptly review, report, and advise the Provincial People's Committee and competent agencies to handle problems arising in the process of using digital signature results, in order to ensure synchronization in state management and create favorable conditions for people and businesses.
The Office of the Provincial People's Committee is assigned to direct the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to continue to coordinate and arrange facilities and technical infrastructure for the Department of Finance to guide and support citizens and businesses to submit online business registration dossiers, ensuring convenient and effective receipt and processing of dossiers.
Departments, agencies, branches; central agencies in the area; People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones are responsible for using the results of resolving electronic administrative procedures in the field of business registration issued by the Department of Finance.
This electronic result has legal value equivalent to a paper copy, so it is not allowed to require people or businesses to submit additional paper copies.
