According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal on March 31, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 1437/QD-BQP reducing land use fees and national defense land rent for the first phase of 2025 for military units, enterprises and joint-stock companies.
This decision takes effect from March 26, 2026.
According to the Decision, reducing land use fees and defense land rents for 2025 phase 1 for military units, enterprises and joint-stock companies, the total amount is 320,262,071,051 VND (three hundred twenty billion, two hundred sixty-two million, no one hundred seventy-one thousand, no one hundred fifty-one thousand VND).
Units, military enterprises, and joint-stock companies are responsible before the law and the Ministry of National Defense for the truthfulness and accuracy of information and proposals to reduce land use fees and defense land rents, ensuring that the correct subjects are reduced according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree No. 230/2025/ND-CP and the guidance of the Ministry of National Defense in Clause 1 of Document No. 7418/BQP-TC on reducing land use fees and defense land rents for 2025.
The Director of the Department of Finance and Heads of relevant agencies, units, enterprises, and joint-stock companies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
