The 2018 Global Wealth Report by Credit Suisse Research Institute published that Switzerland is the richest country but the US is home to the most USD billionaires in the world.
The US currently accounts for 41% of global billionaires, more than 13.5 million people, with a total national asset of $98,200 billion. However, according to Credit Suisse, when the average of this total asset is divided among adults over the age of 18, Switzerland is the richest country.
1. Switzerland
The average adult asset is the highest in the world at 530,240 USD/person, quite a long way from the remaining positions in the top 10. Switzerland currently has about 7 million adults and 725,000 million USD billionaires.
2. Australia

5. Norway
