The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the selling price of clean water for daily use of Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company applicable in Hanoi.
According to the decision, the approved selling price of clean water for daily life of Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company in 2025 is VND 7,767/m3 (excluding VAT).
The City People's Committee assigned Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company to strictly fulfill its rights and obligations as stipulated in Article 55 of Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP dated July 11, 2007 of the Government on the production, supply and consumption of clean water.
At the same time, provide clean water for domestic use to ensure quality according to the National Technical Regulation on the quality of clean water used for domestic purposes QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT; proactively review the implementation of the clean water selling price plan in accordance with reality during the completion of the Da River Surface Water Plant Project Phase II, increase the factory capacity to 600,000m3/day and night; synthesize documents and assess the suitability of production technology processes, management and operation of water supply networks to the Department of Construction according to regulations.
Assign the Departments and branches: Construction, Finance, Health, Internal Affairs; Tax Department of Region I and related units according to their assigned functions and tasks to supervise and guide the implementation of the clean water selling price plan of Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company according to regulations.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing, replacing Clause 1 of the Appendix issued with Decision No. 3541/QD-UBND dated July 7, 2023 of the City People's Committee.
