According to the Da Nang City Statistics Office, this locality is implementing a series of key projects with a total investment of hundreds of billions of VND, focusing on upgrading transport infrastructure, drainage, healthcare and public space.
In particular, the main water drainage project from the downstream of the high -tech drainage canal to the flood drainage canal of Hoa Lien commune with a total investment of VND 817 billion. The project will invest in canals and regulating lakes, including 1.64 km in the South, the northern canal, 0.574 km long, two regulating lakes, horizontal drainage works, traffic, medium voltage lines, transformer stations, lighting and returning irrigation channels ... The project volume in April is estimated at VND 37 billion.
Investment project to build wastewater collection system in Hoa Xuan area (Cam Le district) has a total investment of 420 billion dong, of which, the construction and installation package has a contract value of 358 billion dong. In 2025, the City People's Committee allocated VND 110 billion to pay for the construction volume of the project to accelerate the construction and completion of the project. At the same time, allocating construction capital of VND 12 billion to complete the project of wastewater collection pipeline along Tran Hung Dao Street (Chuong Duong Street) from Tien Son Bridge to Ngu Hanh Son wastewater treatment station in 2025.
Lien Chieu District Medical Center project (phase 2) is invested with a total value of VND 455 billion. The project has been renovated phase 1 and is currently being built phase 2 with a scale of 400 beds. In 2025, the project was allocated VND 210 billion from the provincial budget. The accumulated implementation volume of the project from the beginning of the year until now is estimated at VND 185 billion, reaching 40.7% compared to the total investment.

The project has a total investment of nearly 282 billion VND from the city budget, with a total length of 6.94km. The underground power, water supply and telecommunications items will be invested by relevant units to ensure synchronization.
The project to upgrade and renovate 29/3 Park with the idea of "The Peace Ring" has a total cost of nearly 673 billion VND, with a planned area of nearly 19 hectares. The project will be completed on September 30, 2026, including items: peace ring, construction at the entrance from Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, public toilet area, boat dock, playground, artistic water spraying system, stage, sports field, outdoor gymnasium, parking lot...
