On May 6, the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District announced that it had issued a notice on the compulsory land recovery of the Lang Van Tourism and Resort Urban Complex project, Hoa Hiep Bac Ward (phase 2) after many households were absent from the dialogues.
According to the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District, despite being invited to attend the dialogue on the 21st, 23 and 25.4 to answer questions and sign the handover record, 16 households in Van village project still did not come, including households: Nguyen Thi Yen Chau, Huynh Dai Loi - Mai Thi Minh, Tran Thi Van, Dang Ngoc Bao, Luong Sang, Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, Nguyen Van Vu, Nguyen Van Vu, Nguyen Van Vu, Nguyen - Pham Van Anh, Dinh Tam Tam, Le Van Quan, Pham Hong Tien, and Ngo Thi Kim Dung - Le Thi Nghien.
Therefore, the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District has issued a decision on a final dialogue for cases subject to the clearance of the Lang Van Tourism Complex and Resort Urban Area project, Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, Da Nang City. Thus, the above households have a deadline of May 7 to contact the Project Land Acquisition Enforcement Board to resolve procedures related to compensation records and sign a record of site handover.
At the same time, this locality also warned that if after the above deadline, households still do not cooperate, the authorities will carry out compulsory land recovery according to the provisions of law.
Previously, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang said that the project's site clearance will be completed in April, later than originally planned in early April.
