The Phu Ha Market Infrastructure Construction Project and Land Use Rights Auction in the area of Phu Ho and Ha Thach communes (Phu Tho town) has a total investment of more than 45 billion VND, with the People's Committee of Phu Tho town as the investor.
This project will simultaneously build a people's market named Phu Ha and the surrounding land use rights auction infrastructure. The construction area is located on the east side of Phu Ha Industrial Park and adjacent to Hung Vuong Street (also known as 35m Street), in Phu Ho Commune and Ha Thach Commune.
On November 25, the investor's representative, the Phu Tho Town Construction Project Management Board, publicly announced the invitation for bids for the Equipment Installation and Construction package of the project with a value of over VND 23 billion. In the coming time, the contractor approved to win this construction package will have a contract implementation period of 12 months.
According to Mr. Le Trung Ha - Director of Phu Tho Town Construction Project Management Board (representative of the investor managing the project), the site clearance work in Ha Thach and Phu Ho communes has been completed. As soon as the contractor selection results are approved, the construction work will be implemented immediately.
Up to now, Phu Ha Industrial Park has attracted 29 investment enterprises with a total capital of about 1.2 billion USD, creating jobs for more than 23 thousand workers in and outside the province.
The development of Phu Ha Industrial Park has caused the area around Hung Vuong Street to frequently experience encroachment on sidewalks and roadsides for the sale of goods, especially food. This is most common during rush hour every day, when workers stop on their way home to buy goods, causing loss of urban aesthetics and potential traffic accidents.
The Phu Ha Market Infrastructure Construction Project and Land Use Rights Auction in Phu Ho and Ha Thach Communes is expected to resolve the above situation, meet the increasing demand for buying and selling goods and housing in the area surrounding Phu Ha Industrial Park, as well as increase revenue for the state budget.
