    HCMC - Ben Thanh Market (District 1) has just been ranked as a city-level relic by the HCMC People's Committee.

    At the ceremony to announce the decision to rank the historical relic held on November 22 in Ho Chi Minh City, Ben Thanh market was awarded a certificate and a decision to rank it as a city-level relic in 2024.

    Speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Ngo Van Ha - Head of Ben Thanh Market Management Board shared that after more than 110 years, for the first time, Ben Thanh Market was recognized as a city-level historical and cultural relic.

    This is not only a proud event but also a living testament to the historical, cultural and artistic values ​​that this work has preserved over time.
