According to records, all 10 bridge piers have been completed, and the work of installing bridge span girders is being urgently carried out so that the project can be completed by the end of 2024. Along with that, Rach Dia bridge in Nha Be has been closed on September 23, expected to open to traffic in the fourth quarter, reducing congestion and ensuring continuous traffic on Le Van Luong street.

The most important project in Nha Be connecting District 7 is the underpass at the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection, which also opened a branch of the underpass (HC2) on October 4, an important turning point in solving traffic jams and accidents in the Nha Be gateway area, creating conditions to promote economic development. The remaining tunnel branch (HC1) is also being accelerated, expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Previously, at the end of August 2024, the Cay Kho bridge project was officially completed, shortening the route from Nha Be to Binh Chanh from 10km to 500m. In addition, in the fourth quarter of 2024, the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway is also expected to complete the 3km section from the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong expressway interchange to National Highway 1A.

However, according to the assessment, District 7 is "running out of steam" when there have been no new projects implemented since the beginning of the year. This place is still the main playground of some investors such as Phu My Hung with the low-rise project Larcade and shophouse Midtown. The Peak Garden project of Hung Loc Phat, Shizen Homes of Gotec Vietnam after the time of entering the market, has been quiet until now. Some other projects are also in the construction phase or have just been handed over, with secondary supply.

In Nha Be, the situation has improved when the Celesta Avenue project, jointly developed by Keppel and Phu Long, started construction in July 2024, providing 43 low-rise apartments to the market. Or most recently, the Essensia Sky project of investor Phu Long also started construction in September 2024, expected to be introduced to the market in November.
