On April 22, news from the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Tay Nha Trang Ward said that there was a document responding to citizens regarding the process of resolving administrative procedures for household business registration dossiers.
Previously, Ms. N.T. H. D (resident of Nha Trang ward) sent a complaint to the petition information portal of Khanh Hoa province, claiming that her dossier was requested to be supplemented many times and was finally refused to be resolved.
At the same time, citizens requested to rectify the work of receiving and processing dossiers at the one-stop-shop department.
Through review, functional agencies determined that the registration dossier for establishing the business household "CO TRANG DRAWING CLASS" (code H32. 216. 02-260311-2027) had inconsistencies in personal information.
The personal identification number on the citizen identification card matches, but the related information is incorrect compared to tax management data and the National Population Database.
On March 16, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department issued a notice requesting supplementation and amendment of the dossier for the first time according to regulations, due to the automatic comparison system detecting information not being synchronized.
Two days later, Ms. D submitted supplementary documents after contacting the tax authority to adjust information.
However, at the time of receiving the dossier back, the adjusted data from the tax authority had not been updated and synchronized completely on the National Business Registration Information System.
Therefore, the system continued to generate notifications requesting supplementation and amendment of dossiers for the second time with the same content.
By March 20, after two requests for supplementation but the information was still not consistent, functional agencies issued a notice refusing to resolve the dossier according to regulations.
According to the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department, the refusal of dossiers stems from the reason that tax data has not been updated in time, in order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of information in the process of resolving administrative procedures.
This agency said it will review and resolve the dossier when the data is fully updated on the system.
At the same time, the unit also recorded citizens' feedback and committed to improving service quality, ensuring transparent and regulated administrative procedure resolution processes and creating convenience for people.
