To help people affected by storms and floods reduce their difficulties, as a bridge, Vietcombank quickly coordinated with Central and local Organizations/Units/Funds (Fatherland Front, Red Cross, Support Funds...) to open accounts and upload information to VCB Digibank, helping people across the country to transfer donations 24/7 with just a few simple steps and the donations will be transferred to the accounts receiving the support.
To transfer money to support, customers just need to do the following:
Step 1: Log in to VCB Digibank.
Step 2: Select the “Charity Transfer” feature or type the keyword “Charity Transfer” in the search box.
Step 3: Select the “Fund/Charity” you want to support.
Step 4: Verify and complete the transaction.
Not only updating the “Charity Money Transfer” feature on VCB Digibank, in the next few days, Vietcombank will add a list of Organizations/Units/Funds to the point redemption list in VCB Rewards so that customers can convert their loyalty program points into money to support their compatriots. In addition, Vietcombank will deploy the “Charity Money Transfer” feature on VCB DigiBiz (digital bank for SMEs).
Through opening additional support channels as quickly and conveniently as above, Vietcombank hopes to contribute a small part to help people in affected areas reduce difficulties, gradually overcome damage caused by storms and floods, and soon stabilize their lives.

Your donations are transferred directly by Vietcombank to the accounts of organizations/units/funds at the central and local levels. Vietcombank does not receive support funds and does not participate in the management, allocation, and use of support funds.
In addition, to use the above feature, please update the VCB Digibank application to the latest version (5.9.1).
