Viettel Hanoi, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) and the Overseas Labor Center under the Ministry of Home Affairs have just signed the "Document of agreement on coordinating the implementation of deposits and loans for deposits for workers going to work in Korea under the EPS Program" and "Memorandum of understanding on coordinating the deployment of the Electronic Contract Signing System for workers going to work abroad (COLABContract)".
Accordingly, Viettel Hanoi is the unit selected by the Overseas Labor Center under the Ministry of Home Affairs as the agency to implement the technical solution of the electronic contract signing system for people working abroad (COLABContract) to serve the work of creating, digitally signing, storing and managing electronic contracts and documents related to the field of sending workers to work in Korea under the Korean Employment Permit System (EPS Program).

Affirming technological capacity with Viettel digital solution ecosystem
With the goal of accompanying State agencies and financial institutions to build a transparent, safe and convenient digital governance model, Viettel has directly researched, developed and provided core technology solutions for this project, including: Viettel Cloud cloud computing infrastructure: Ensuring that the COLABContract system operates stably and safely with long-term data storage capacity (minimum 10 years). The system is ready to expand and integrate flexibly with existing operations of VBSP and the Overseas Labor Center; Third, ensuring legality and information security at the highest level.
On the other hand, as a pioneer enterprise in the field of national digital transformation, Viettel always strictly complies with the provisions of law on electronic transactions, electronic signatures and electronic labor contracts; and at the same time builds a multi-layered security system to ensure integrity, authenticity and ability to prevent denial in all transactions.

Based on the signed memorandum of understanding, Viettel continues to coordinate with the Overseas Labor Center and VBSP to deploy the electronic contract system (COLABContract) for workers going to work abroad, ensuring information security and stable operation; supporting the Overseas Labor Center and VBSP to effectively perform nghiệp vụ in the digital transformation process. This is a solid step to build a continuous digital connection ecosystem, bringing a "distance-free" experience to people.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Son Binh - Deputy Director of Viettel Hanoi - emphasized: "Viettel always wants to bring the most modern technologies to solve social problems. The COLABContract system not only helps units optimize processes, but also directly brings maximum convenience to workers, helping them access modern, public and transparent transaction methods".
Agreeing with the above view, Deputy General Director of VBSP Huynh Van Thuan said that electronic methods will help standardize processes, reduce paper application pressure, and are a premise for VBSP to continue to promote digital transformation in the coming time.
This cooperation event affirms Viettel's pioneering position in leading national digital transformation, especially in areas serving social security and economic development.
The deployment of the COLABContract electronic contract system and electronic deposit procedures not only contributes to modernizing professional operations and improving the quality of service for workers, but is also an important typical model for expanding the deployment of programs to send workers to work in other markets such as Japan, Taiwan (China), Europe... Thereby, creating a platform to promote comprehensive digital transformation in the field of sending workers to work abroad, expanding customer scale as well as creating conditions for Viettel to continue to expand its market share to provide digital technology solutions in the field of finance - labor and employment, increasing service revenue and affirming its capacity to deploy large-scale digital platforms to serve state management agencies and financial institutions.
