The annual Viettel's Stars event honors personnel and units with outstanding achievements in the year. These are also the personnel and units that Viettel assessed as having made important contributions to the country's tasks such as disaster response, science and technology development, artificial intelligence conversion, domestic and foreign business.
Mr. Huynh Thanh Tuyen, a driver with a journey of more than 38,900 km providing absolute safety services in 2024, has just been honored by the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group (Viettel) as one of the 10 outstanding individuals globally. Mr. Tuyen is one of the faces that have made outstanding contributions to Viettel's record growth in 2024.
Among them, there are also high-tech technology technology technology engineers, Haiti technicians welding cables between gang fights and a female supermarket director in Phu Tho who have achieved double the revenue of a competing brand in the area.
In the patriotic competitive atmosphere, Viettel has chosen Mr. Huynh Thanh Tuyen, along with 9 individuals and 10 other groups from more than 50,000 Viettel staff to honor.
They represent the Group's 4 key areas: Telecommunications; Information technology solutions; High-tech industrial production research; Transmission, logistics and trade. The job position ranges from employee to team leader, team leader, center director... with the motto that every contribution is recognized as worthy.
The "stars" have had to overcome many difficult challenges, take on new tasks, create different ways of doing things, in line with the culture of rapid adaptation, not afraid of change, the spirit of soldiers determined to do the best of the soldiers at Viettel, clearly demonstrating the emulation message "Joining hands - congition of values - Creating the future".
These efforts also affirm Viettel's innovation capacity, reflecting Viettel's key role and pioneering responsibility in realizing the contents of Resolution 57 issued by the Politburo, focusing on promoting breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
In addition to the cash bonus, each honored individual will also receive a working trip combined with study abroad or a domestic training program to continue to improve skills and knowledge.
Speaking at the Viettel's Stars honoring ceremony, Mr. Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group, emphasized:

In 2025, the goals are to build 20,000 5G stations this year; invest in large-scale data centers; be ready to build semiconductor chip factories; master low-altitude satellite technology; new projects on the design and manufacture of high-tech weapons and strategic equipment and many other key programs".
