Speaking at the seminar "Transition to E10 gasoline, the market is ready" organized by Construction Newspaper on January 27, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hien - Deputy Director of the Domestic Market Management and Development Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the implementation of the roadmap for using bio-gasoline, including E10 gasoline, requires the synchronous involvement of state management agencies, businesses and people.
For management agencies, first of all, it is necessary to review, amend and supplement policies in a clear, transparent, and easy-to-apply direction.
For raw material production enterprises, especially ethanol, it is necessary to have appropriate support mechanisms to ensure stable supply and meet market demand.
Gasoline and oil business and distribution enterprises also need a transparent legal framework to facilitate the calculation of cost, tax declaration, as well as investment and upgrading of facilities at the gasoline and oil store system.
Currently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is waiting for official instructions from the Government to organize implementation. In which, the issue of reviewing and adjusting tax policies is identified as very important. Many businesses believe that current regulations on special consumption tax and environmental protection tax are still difficult to apply in practice," Ms. Hien said.

Nguoc lai, xang sinh hoc E10 co tri so octan cao hon, giup dong co hoat dong hieu qua hon va giam hien tuong kich no.
Thus, the use of bio-gasoline is very good, in line with the green and clean trend of Vietnam today.
