Receiving feedback from people on the Facebook fanpage of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), related to a video of a car driving in the opposite direction on a road with a no-riding sign. The Traffic Police Department has assigned the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Traffic Police Department to receive and handle the reflected incident.
Previously, at about 6:33 am on March 12 at km 218 National Highway 1A in Ninh Binh province, a car with license plate 90A-130. xx, was going in the opposite direction on a road with a no-going-in-direction sign.
The driver of the above car is Ms. D. T. B. N (born in 1981, residing in Ha Nam ward, Ninh Binh province). Working with functional agencies, Ms. N admitted the violation.
The Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police made a record for the act of driving a car against traffic, with a fine of 19,000,000 VND, deducting 4 points from the driver's license.
