Through receiving information sent to the hotline number of the Director of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) and the Fanpage of the Traffic Police Department; Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department of Traffic Police has conducted verification of passenger car license plate 17F-000.xx (yellow license plate with black digits) violating the order of the road marking.
Immediately after verification, the driver of the passenger car with license plate 17F-000.xx was Mr. Bui Van K (born in 1978, residing in Binh Thanh commune, Hung Yen province).
During the process of working with the traffic police, Mr. K said that at 1:14 pm on January 24, at Km 94 of National Highway 21B, Ninh Binh province, Mr. K was driving a passenger car with license plate 17F-000.xx violating the order not to comply with the road marking instructions.
With this violation, according to regulations, Mr. K was fined from 400,000 - 600,000 VND.
